This is all astro’s fault.

He’s and electric kid kinda like a pikachu I guess
He can generate electric shocks and work as a giant electric conductor and while he can control his powers okay, the electricity tends to focus on his palms, so he’s always gotta wear rubber gloves to keep himself from frying electronics in case he gets frustrated and lets his powers leak a little.

I have no idea what his superhero or civilian names should be
